Hi, I'm Shirley Voorhees!

I'm glad you stopped by!

As a young mother, I wondered how it was possible for the same mother and father, with the same set of genes, to produce five very different offspring. Because each one of our children had their own unique personality, I realized early that I needed help in understanding how to deal with each one best.

I read every book I could get my hands on and was even trained under another system but almost 10 years ago I was introduced to Dr Rohm, Carl Smith and Personality Insights.

I have a passion to help others understand the wonderful and unique persons they were created to be. I have a message and I will travel! :) While I will speak anywhere to anyone, my main focus is on women. I want to help them find value, purpose and balance in their lives.

I am blessed as well to be on staff here at Personality Insights and work with an AWESOME team as the Training Coordinator and Editor. (Along with other administrative duties.) I have been here for close to 4 years.
