Nathan was first introduced to the model of human behaviour known as DISC over 10 years ago. During the last decade he has applied his knowledge of the DISC concepts in both a practical and theoretical sense resulting in a number of successful businesses both in Australia and overseas. With a military career spanning over 20 years, Nathan brings a background of leadership and decisive action to his team. His dedication to excellence and results is the keystone to his successes. He believes that the key to creating a group that takes action and delivers results, is a clear understanding of the personalities within the team. Good communication is vital for success. Nathan is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies.
