A little about me...
As the Owner and Founder of The Better Behavior Bureau and The Behavior Institute, I began my teaching career in 1978. As a teacher of children and adolescents with severe disabilities, I discovered my passion to empower others to discover the hero within.
In 1983, while working for a community mental health center, my vision was expanded to adult learners. Since then, I have spoken to, worked with, and taught thousands of children, parents, professionals and college students. My expertise is working with “at-risk” populations, in childcare and early care and education environments. This includes supporting and supervising teachers and providers towards a sharper vision and implementing best practices.
My business continues to grow. To help meet the demand for her service, I have published a book, The Dance of Interaction. In the near future, my second book, Educating the Heart, DVD and CD seminars will be released to the public.
I am an internationally recognized trainer, certified human behavior consultant, family/professional coach and mentor. The response to this work has been tremendous! Attendees and participants say that this dynamic experience adds profound value to their relationships, their work and their lives.

In my spare time (which there is not much of), I enjoy traveling, playing soccer, and being outdoors. I love spending time with my husband and being a mom to my three children.
I look forward to talking with you and connecting with new people!
