Hey all. While the educational market is typically thought of as school aged children, I would be interested to get some feedback on experiences and applications of the content at post-secondary levels.

Have you thought about presenting the model to a college or university level client? Have you considered developing management skills on top of a foundation of the model?

Education doesn't mean to hammering information in students head, this is really mean to help people DISCover what is inside of them.

I first introduce the Model of Human Behaviour to my daughter when she was 6 years old. I took the All About BOTS to explain the model. I also found reading the back end of the booklet very valuable prior to teaching the model. It's important not to give to much information. Just the basic and revisit the model when life give them a character building moment.
In addition, at the start of every school year I provide a copy of her Discovery Report to her teachers. The first week of school my daughter has learn to profile her teachers in order to adapt to them. That how my I/S daughter survives at school.

And so my question to those who apply DISC into the field of education...

When is the most valuable time to introduce basic DISC concepts to children and/or young adults? I have a "nearly 13" fabulous S/C child whom I have begun to teach basics to that help her not only navigate understanding students in her classes, but also the teachers - what drives them style wise.

Here is a quote to make a point and grab your audiences attention:
"We shape tomorrow's world by what we teach our children today."
