Asisstance with a HIRING decision
Working with The CEO of multi facility ministry mission. We're trying to hire a Vice President of Operations for the Directors of each ministry division to report to. The V.P. of operations will also be responsible for the oversight of currently 7 different facilities.
The President CEO is a D/I with all directors currently working well within their positions. Many are young D/I's as well.
The candidate that we most recently interviewed is a C/I ! I'm intrigued. I know that C's and D's can have a difficult time working together...but this candidate's "I" made him very congenial.
Does anyone have any thoughts... Will appreciate any input. We believe this is the single most important hire the mission has made in many years. Will be happy to answer any additional questions.
